The Columbia Bartending Agency has a long history of supporting all kinds of parties across New York City. We’ve served at birthday parties, weddings, promotions, holiday gatherings, reunions, gallery openings, and much more! We can help with nearly anything your event may need, even if it doesn’t require the standard drink mixing expected of a bartender. Our team is ready and waiting to help you make your event a success.
All of our bartenders are Columbia University students and graduates of our own acclaimed mixology school program. They will mix you a French Martini or an Old Fashioned, while engaging in a thoughtful and informative conversation with your guests.
The Columbia Bartending Agency requires a $35 fee to process your event. Our bartenders are paid by the hour and receive 100% of the hourly wage. Rates vary by the time of year as well as the amount of advance notice given.

Please note: This step confirms that we have received your event information; however, you are not yet confirmed for bartenders at this point. While unlikely, if we are completely booked for this date, you will be notified in advance that we will be unable to staff your event.
Result: You’ll receive your confirmation email and Event Reference Number.
We connect you with the best-fit bartender(s) from our network. You’ll receive a second confirmation email with a PDF detailing their contact information:
Please note: To ensure staffing for your event, it is always best to book with as much notice as possible.
Result: You will receive a second confirmation email with your bartenders’ contact information.
After the second email, your bartender(s) will reach out to introduce themselves and coordinate final details with you directly.
Result: Your bartender will contact you directly.
