Non-Discrimination Policy
The Columbia Bartending Agency does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
We are committed to providing an inclusive environment for all Agency members, instructors, students, clients, and event guests. Diversity and respect are core values of our organization and essential to the professional conduct of our bartenders.
Applicants to the Columbia Bartending Agency are evaluated solely on their performance on the Mixology final exam, their interview, professionalism, and work eligibility. No protected characteristic plays a role in the selection process.
The School of Mixology is open to all individuals age 18 or older. Students are treated with equal respect and dignity regardless of background or identity.
We expect all clients to maintain a safe and respectful environment for our bartenders. Discrimination, harassment, or hostile behavior toward Agency members will not be tolerated.
If you have any concerns regarding discrimination or inappropriate conduct at an event or within the Agency, please contact us at info@columbiabartending.com.
