The Columbia Bartending Agency (CBA) is a student-run organization based at Columbia University that connects student bartenders with events across New York City and beyond.
The mixology studio is student-taught, and sessions are offered throughout the academic year and the summer. Our studio sessions cover classic cocktails, modern mixology, efficient bar setup, speed-pouring skills, and responsible alcohol service. Students practice on real equipment and receive feedback from trained instructors.
For decades, we’ve staffed everything from small birthday parties and reunions to large-scale galas and corporate events. Our bartenders have all participated in our mixology studio and are knowledgeable not only in classic and modern cocktails, but also in professional and responsible service.
