Sign Up for our Summer Classes!

Registration for Summer mixology classes will be available shortly. Signing up for one of our Mixology courses is incredibly easy. Make sure before you do so you have a credit or debit card ready to pay. We do not accept checks or money order except on the day of the class, in which case you need to email us to let us know you will be doing so. We do not accept cash.

The only assured way to get a spot in class is to pay online–this is to make sure that our class is full of students who will most likely not flake. If you have any questions about this, please email us. Please note that we do not give full refunds after the first day of classes has finished. Partial refunds may be given on a case by case basis.

We will contact you with more information closer to the day of the class. In general however, all of our classes are generally from 8pm – 10pm and are located on the main Columbia University campus which can be reached via the 1 train to 116th street.

Our NEW Summer Wines Class

Our Summer Wine Class covers dessert wines perfect for sipping chilled in the summertime. We will go over pairing suggestions, discuss different wine-making techniques and, of course, taste a variety of wines, giving you a comprehensive knowledge of dessert wines. All this in only one night for the unbeatable cost of $30.

Summer Mixology Courses

All Summer mixology courses will be accelerated. That means you learn the same material in half the time! The accelerated course meets twice a week for three weeks. All our classes use real alcohol to teach you hundreds of drinks. That means you can actually taste the drinks you make. You have to be 21 to drink, but only 18 to taste.

Below you will find a list of tentative dates for Summer mixology classes. Registration will be available soon! All Summer mixology classes will be held from 8:00pm-10:00pm on the Columbia University Campus in Math 312.
