Hire professional bartenders for your event

The Columbia Bartending Agency has a long history of supporting all kinds of parties across New York City. We’ve served at birthday parties, weddings, promotions, holiday gatherings, reunions, gallery openings, and much more! Our team is ready and waiting to help you make your event a success.

Hiring a bartender for your event is as easy as filling out our online intake form, paying a $30 processing fee, and sending us a contract. An Assistant Manager, who will be the main contact for your event, will help you through this entire process and keep you updated the entire time.

Before booking an event with us please read the following to learn more about how our process works. We also have a step-by-step description available if you would like to know exactly how your event is being processed.

• All you need to do is fill out our intake form! We will send you the $30 fee form and the contract to be signed via email.

• We do not provide any equipment, liquor, or mixers for your event. Our bartenders should be able to come to your event and work with what you have!

• Our Assistant Managers will be happy to help you figure out a special drink for your event. Just ask us!

• Our agency refers your job to our bartenders–while we rarely have a problem filling a job, it is a possibility.

• Please inform us of your event as soon as possible! At the moment, we require 10 Days advance notice. If you would like to cancel in event with us, please do so at least 5 days before the event or we will be unable to offer you a refund for your fee.

• PLEASE READ OUR EMAILS IN FULL–we will often need a return email from you in order to confirm your interest. Please read the whole email or your event may encounter problems!
